It is true, that this is untrue, and from there we should begin.

Doge Coin is a phenomenon.

It was created as a joke.

Much like the original Meme itself, the Coin that is Doge pays homage to the funny. But, it has grown 100X in 5 years, so obviously there are some advantages that an imaginary funny round dog disc has over pretty much 99% of all start-ups that have been on the TV Show 'Shark Tank'.

As silly as the world has become, is there anything wrong with an international currency smiling back at you? Let's 'face' it (pun intended); if you're nearly broke, but the last piece of currency you own is kinda smirkin' back at you, does it make you feel just a touch better? And, if you're ridiculously rich, aren't you already makin' that face anyway? Yeah, I still think it has a quirkiness not much different from the idea of paying the bills with a Willy Wonka Bar.

I digress.

The owner of the now famous meme-de-la-creme, is seeking a retro-active licensing fee for, you know, everything, because:

"Meme Amazing. Wow Money. Now Pay"

Curiously from Japan, a rare photo of the famous Shiba shows a selection of 'Cards Cards Dungeony Cards'. Since it is a small niche who even know the game exists, it becomes even curious-er that the photo is time-stamped merely weeks after the game was available to the world, leading speculators to the next article written about Doge found here.

Will anyone get licensing from Doge Coin? I really hope not. Isn't getting profit from it wack enough? Inquiring minds want to know.
