Founders of BAT Token Face Legal Heat After ADD/ADHD Activists State That Not All Users Have A Basic Attention Span :Satire:

None of this is true, except for the statement where I just said none of this is true... that part was true.

BAT token may be facing a tough road ahead. Just when the cryptocurrency project was picking up steam (not to be confused with STEEM), BAT, which stands for Basic Attention Token, may be facing litigation which suggests proof that it is unfairly designed not to be inclusive of the attention-impaired, or those who suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder.

Apparently, the claim is that when users of the Brave Browser attempt to earn free BAT coins, advertisements pop-up. When they click on the ads they cannot remember what they were previously doing, resulting in lost wages, failed League of Legends campaigns, and missing YouTube live streams.

No one in particular stated:

"At present, it is impossible to fully quantify just how significant the losses are for the ADD/ADHD Brave browser user, but we're looking into the serious implications BAT has left themselves open to."

None of us can be certain where the future of monetized crypto-backed programs will lead, but one thing to factor in is the Millennial or Generation Zed, who cannot be expected to be responsible for their own free rewards program without someone looking out for the 'special' case user.

BAT, when asked for a statement, allegedly, but not really, simply stated

"WHAT???????????"

And, that's the embarrassing world of crypto, where truly (except not) no good deed goes unpunished. If judgment is served, BAT is expected to pay retribution in the form of BAT tokens, served directly to the challenged users' Brave browser wallets. It is still unclear how the under-served users will manage the attention required to set up an Uphold account to claim their reward. And, that's the future, folks! Don't say you did or didn't hear it first, because there's truth to this in some multi-verse, because that's how quantum physics AND evolution work.

By the way, BAT is great and so is the Brave browser, and so are millennials and gen zeds and ADD/ADHD internet surfers. Everyone is simply fantastic.
