Google Takes Advantage of Rival's Lost Opportunity; Names Their Crypto "Facebook Coin" - :Satire:

Many Youtube channel personalities had a sense that something was up the last week of December, 2019, when they had videos pulled or strikes against them. They were all related to cryptocurrency Youtube channels. Google since apologized for the 'mistake', but this here blogger doesn't apologize for satire, 'cuz this is not real.

This made it clear to many that Google was going to be entering the crypto world soon. Google, being the owner of Youtube, has watched quietly the past several months as Facebook made every blunder possible in the launch of their global stable coin. Calling it Libra and thinking people would believe it was going to set them free, did little to distance the coin project from it's overseer Facebook.

Google representatives stated:

If you're going to go for it, go big! No one believes in the freedom from Libra; rather they believe in the enslavement of Facebook.

Google and Facebook have been internet giant rivals for over a decade now. Seeing the initial terror caused by Libra, they saw the opportunity to come in for the kill and swoop in where Facebook left a gap. Google has now announced (nah, not really) that they are launching their own cryptocurrency. They have decided to call it Facebook Coin.

We figured, people are going to hate anything that we make, but they will be certain to use it. So, why not score a double point and make something that Facebook hates as well. It's their fault for not using the obvious name themselves. Since it will exist on its own blockchain separate from any central location on the internet, there's nothing they can do to get rid of it, so for all we care, they can go complain on their own platform.

Surprisingly, Libra took a dive in search engine results this past week. We certainly can't imagine why.

In a surprise bonus, McAfee stated Facebook Coin will go to $30 Million dollars in 2019, which some have claimed was impossible since it does not yet exist.
