Apple CEO Tim Cook just came out to announce he owned some cryptocurrency. Why he announces now rather than the previous all-time high?

Do you still remember Steve Jobs? He is the man behind the Apple blueprint and lays out the vision for Apple to grow. He died in 2011 right before the crypto explore in 2012. It was a coincidence that his death was an overlay of the crypto growth but his strategy was very similar to the man behind the Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto.

Both men wanted to fundamentally change the view of the current into the future

Steve Jobs pushed the idea of innovation into a corporate culture that was stale and bureaucratic at the time. His influence eventually changed the software industry and pushed the many younger generations to pursuit programming jobs and make lots of possible futures happen. Satoshi, on the other hand, released Bitcoin in 2008 and started the crypto journey, and helps many people freely anticipate the crypto booming and to prevent ever economically manipulation from the government and institutional corporations. 

Both men did not invent anything

Steve Jobs did not invent Apple products of any kind. Similarly, Satoshi did not invent any of Bitcoin technics but put all pieces together. 

Apple lost the steam of innovation

After Steve passed away, Apple has followed its original path of maintaining its own inventions and they had not any breakout design as it was visioning to become. Bitcoin, on the other hand, did not invent more features but was surpassed by Ethereum and many other cryptos. 

Apple and Bitcoin was similar and they can help each other

Apple is a marketplace of innovation from Apple iTunes to App stores. Bitcoin layout is the foundation of cryptocurrency that people can easily follow. Both are platforms to create and innovate. Apple and Bitcoin can be potential partners to change the future.

Tim Cook may signal something of Apple’s vision

Tim Cook is a man of following the rule. At least, it seems this way after he took over Apple. However, he wanted to be like Steve Jobs in the heart. He is seeking a way to break out of the conform zone. Bitcoin and crypto are a way to help Apple to start its new path.

Apple + crypto = ?!

What if Apple suddenly adopts cryptocurrency? Such a combination may create a new future of more software engineers joining the force to improve and push the crypto technology forward.

In conclusion

I believe that Apple will work with blockchain technology very soon. I think crypto can help Apple to become more organic and to adopt the future while Apple can help crypto to become more secure and easy to access for many people.
