In my search for the best free (either copyright free or free to use in YouTube Videos) music, I stumbled upon the song "Careless" by "Neffex". Neffex is an artists duo who produce lots of great songs. The songs are usually powerful and some have higher quality than most top 100 hit singles -- at least I think so.
I am going to use this specific song in my future workout videos -- which I am also uploading to the same YouTube channel. If you are interested in the workout videos, feel free to browse the YouTube channel or check out my previous articles on Publish0x.
In order to make the song suitable for my exercises, I had to speed it up by about 8%. Speeding a song up (or changing the tempo as it is called when you make it faster without changing the pitch) is one of my most commonly used tricks to modify songs that I really like, but that are too slow for the intended exercises.
To be honest, I prefer the faster version to the original -- especially the part starting at 1 minute and 46 seconds.
