Esta expresión aplica a aquellas personas que aseguraran algo pero sin poder probar nada al respecto; no importa cuantas veces lo intenten, si no tienen alguna prueba palpable no tiene ninguna validez sus alegatos.
This expression applies to those people who assure something but without being able to prove anything about it; It doesn't matter how many times they try, if they don't have some palpable proof their allegations have no validity.
