My life consists of 3 pillars with "Health" being one of them.
As for my training regimen, I don't consider myself a gym addict.
My routine should be as systematic, productive, simple and flexible as possible.
Every day three things put me in the present moment, death, old age, and disease. These remind me of how little time I got.
Hence, I put only the required amount of energy required for my training and diet.
The rest is solved on the go.
