Eating should be intuitive.

You must be able to discern between what's nutritious and what is not.

Anyone can learn the basics and apply them again and again.

By understanding the three main macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) and the principle of the caloric deficit you already have more than half of the equation to reduce your body fat percentage and/or increase your body lean mass.

Remember, discern between noise and signal.
