Doggy Run

I just finished a 5.459km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:48ss !

Nothing special today but the outstanding MEGAPUMP of DOGE in the market.
Fortunately it has happened after my Recovery Run and just after the last meeting of the day so I have had full dedication for getting in the pump and place Longs and shorts in any condition of the pump...
It has been espectacular and still!
About the run, nothing special, running within the aerobical zone , enjoying the amazing weather we have nowadays here because suddenly the cold winter seems to have disappeared, we are at 16 Degrees now.
