In this series of posts about NFTs I’m attempting to provide you all the information you need to enter the wonderful world of NFTs.

CHAPTER 15!
Metal War.
In this chapter I would like to bring to your attention a new entry in the NFT Games space, Metal War.
Keeping in mind that Metal War is at the pre-launch stage, with all the pros and cons that come with it, let us have a simplified look at it!
The first time I looked at it, another popular NFT game came to mind.
And they do have many similarities, but also differences.
To me it feels like it is going to be a new, an upgraded version of that game.
As you can see from the info card above, you have the same basic functions.
You combine cards to get an upgraded one, you go mining and you go fighting.
And here comes the interesting part.
You have two play modes automatic and manual, nothing so special there you will say but hold on.
You see the game has extra layers that effect the outcome.
For example the position of your troops on the fight map, so if you choose manual a better player could potentially win a battle with worse troops.
You should also know that the game will have not only a PVE mode but also a PVP mode and that is also another difference!
As you can see from the roadmap card above, the first public version of the game is expected to launch in April 2021 with the PVP mode coming about a month later and more additions later in the year.
At the time being you can purchase starter packs that come in 3 versions as you can see above.
