I just finished a 9.091km running that lasted about 0hh:39mm:6ss !

I was not expecting such a good feelings and performance today. Honestly, I almost skipped running since it was so cold outside and I was really lazy but I needed quit from scalping today and, at the end, late in the afternoon I decided to go out.
As I said it was really cold, 3 degrees I think, and I don't know how, in order to warming up my body I set a really fast pace almost from the very beginning.
The usual slow 1st km I did in 5'16" and the following 5km were, 4'27"/km, 4'17"/km, 4'02"/km, 3'54"/km and 3'50"/km and I ended the 2 last km in a cool-down mode but also at a quite good pace of 4'30"km.

All the path done below my Lactate threshold, actually my Cardio Belt and the GARMIN watch informed me that I had obtained an improvement on the Lactate threshold, 3'57"/km at 167 bpm.
Not the best I have got but quite good for the level of training I am doing now.

An excellent run indeed, I am really satisfied with myself :-).

Keep on running!
