I just finished a 7.013km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:24ss !

Today I was able to escape and resume my training routine, even if only doing 7 kms at a more or less fast pace due to lack of time.
However, we are already on the weekend, more relaxed now so I will surely find time to do my long run on Sunday... although I think this time, the long run is going to turn into a half long run, possibly 10 kms.
