Alone in the dark...

By toofasteddie | Running | 3 Jan 2021

I just finished a 8.739km running that lasted about 0hh:40mm:36ss !

Second run of the year. The usual "hill+ramps and stairs" circuit that I used to run close to my home.
Again it has been a very cold day with only 4 degrees Celsius this evening and no one around the path I followed.

Feelings have been ok despite I was a little tired today. However I have managed to get a good pace in overall, 4'39"/km.

I don't know if you remember that I was complaining about a permanent pain on my left neck...it has disappeared unexpectedly... I have the medical check on that regard on January 13th.. I guess it is going to be useless since seems that the problem has healed, apparently...
It is very common to get pains when you run, usually it means adaptations of the own body in front of the suffered overload. These kind of pains disappear with the time normally but it is good always to don't underestimate them and balance the training depending on the feelings.

Keep on running!
