I just finished a 20.387km running that lasted about 1hh:33mm:21ss !

Another cold and windy day at Barcelona. I don't care so much about the temperatures but the wind is another story.
It makes you spend more energy while trying to keep the average pace, however I felt strong and I managed to keep a fast pace below 4'20"/km during the major number of kms.
I broke again the constraints imposed by the authorities and I have crossed at least three municipality borders in my journey (LOL)... Of course, I took attention to run in areas with less population around and always keeping the safe space with the rest of people.
Tomorrow is the day on which I have booked an hour for getting and x-ray of my left knee... I am sure I don't have anything serious but I am curios to see what's happening with it.
