Golovec is a hilly forest area in the southeast of Ljubljana. It is a popular recreational destination for hiking and cycling. Among others, there is a Golovec Trails mountain bike park and our beloved Pot spominov in tovarištva, - Trail of Remembrance and Comradeship, a green ring around Ljubljana where in WW2 the barb-wire surrounded the city.
It was a beautiful sunny day with trails full of mud after yesterday's snow.
By the path, there are benches and tables for the hikers to sit and enjoy the woods.
The first two kilometers were runs in the mud and then I came to this highway. This is the above-mentioned Pot, maintained with love and respect.
That's what I call a trail for everyone :)
On the way out I took the opportunity to climb every peak.
