Welcome to the first in this series of short, high intensity interval training sessions. These workouts are designed to help runners of all levels improve running performance and economy. This is achieved through a mixture of strengthening exercises, technique based exercises, and gradually increasing intensity throughout the session. These videos were previously available exclusively to my coaching clients.
Also coming soon to this blog are HIIT workouts to target the midsection.. so as of next week it will be one HIIT for runners, and one HIIT for the abdominal region added per week.
