Publish0x HYDRO withdraw limit changed?!?!

So in the past the minimum withdraw limit has been a couple hundred HYDRO. And usually it takes me a while to earn enough HYDRO to withdraw it so I don't really pay any attention to my HYDRO amount. But last night I was curious as to what the withdraw limit was because I read on here a while back the withdraw limit was $0.50 for each coin, and with the prices of coins tanking recently I was curious to see if I could withdraw HYDRO.

I did the math for BAT, 3.363 BAT at the price when I took the screenshot ($0.148968) is equal to $0.5009 so yeah 50 cents.

DAI is a stablecoin so it's always around 50 cents

But HYDRO withdraw minimum amount is 37.6299 which at the time of the screenshot ($0.000281) is equal to $0.01 so literally 1 cent is the withdraw minimum amount for HYDRO.

Did I miss something here or is just the HYDRO withdraw minimum limit super low by accident? Is everyone else seeing a super low HYDRO minimum?
