  Otra de mis "expresiones favoritas": se refiere a una persona que lleva toda su vida haciendo lo mismo y difícilmente va a querer cambiar sus hábitos; también se refiere a aquellas personas que simplemente no quieren abandonar sus malas prácticas poniendo como pretexto que "ya son muy viejos para cambiar". 

  Another of my "favorite expressions": it refers to a person who has been doing the same thing all his life and is unlikely to want to change his habits; It also refers to those people who simply do not want to abandon their bad practices using the pretext that "they are too old to change".
