Hello to the Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. It is my other post with a one week gap because I 'm busy studying and broken by feelings. From Monday to Tuesday Night, I want to engage myself in some activities that keep me alive and thrive. I 'm not able to win the fight with feelings. The sad feelings are always dominating on me. I don't want to share more sad things, just come to my post.
As I 'm unable to study hence I have adopted a busy schedule that involves some activities that I want to share here. These activities not only keep me busy but also I 'm happy because I 'm improving day by day. My sleep-week Cycle has following changes that started from Tuesday.

Sleeping:
I want to sleep early at 10:00 PM. I don't want to think about anyone who has hurt me a lot. I love to visit the world of dreams where some temporary things are with me. I usually like to sleep 7 hours. Before, I went to bed my mum arranged some things for me that I want to do myself. When mum want to do something for you, you can't stop her from doing this.

Meditation and Prayer:
I woke up at 4:50 AM. As I sleep early hence I woke up early. I say Good morning to my mum and take shower. After shower, I start my prayer. This activity play the role of meditation for my mind. It takes always five minutes but these five minutes are enough to strengthen my soul.

Walking:
After offering morning prayer, I want to visit our garden. Here, I completed as many steps as I can. Most of the time, I like to complete 10000 steps here. This walk is important for me as it is helping me in reducing my body weight that is dangerous for me. During my morning walk, I love to see different scenes of nature. I love to filter things between gaps of leaves. These scenes gave me pleasure and love for nature.

Eating:
In the morning walk, I like to spend many hours. I 'm not having breakfast nowadays because I want to control my weight. You will be curious when I don't take breakfast then what I love to take in the weekend?
Chinese Rice dish:
At every Tuesday, I love to take one dish of Chinese rice. I love to these things because it included some vegetables. Moreover, it is not much spicy. I can take one dish with Tomato Ketchup.

After taking nap, I love to enjoy BBQ at Tuesday because our guest often visit this day. There are many people in the world who love to enjoy BBQ party.

Chicken BBQ
I don't like to take dinner. Only heavy lunch is enough to fulfill the requirements of my hunger. I hope adopting these measures, I shall be able to reduce my weight. After 5:00 PM, I love to talk with my mum about house issues. Nowadays, I 'm convincing her for my marriage 😂. Anyway, it take three hours and I love to study two hours. After that my sleep cycle is initiated to start another Sleep-wake cycle.
Conclusion:
Nowadays, we are moving towards modern world. We have very rare things that can help us to control our feelings. There is no AI that can help us in sadness. Either we accept or not, we need some physical activities that can be a solution when we are sad. Similarly, I 'm also adopting some activities that are helping in my improvement. This schedule was an extension to these activities.
