Why are you so Grund? SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge!

Hey, people from Splinterlands! How are you?
It's been a while since I participated in one of these challenges. Right now I'm stuck at home with a blend flu, and nothing to do, what's better than a Share your Battle Weekly Challenge to recover?
After a few times I switched to modern format, I never fully realized that in modern I might be able to Reach Diamond III League, so all of my efforts are just there.

This week's card is a pure beast: for high mana, cap battles is always a good choice, especially with the Melee Mayhem ruleset. This lizard has no protection whatsoever, so is better not to use it as a tank. Better put it in the back front and let him kill all of your enemies one by one with his double attack, overcoming shields and barriers.

Grund has spent his entire life in the lowlands of Praetoria and has grown to love the land and its people. First introduced to the lore of battle as a hatchling, he has studied it ever since with enthusiasm. When he became a juvenile his hands found steel, an old rusting sword abandoned and forgotten in the swamp by some intrepid explorer. Before long it became an extension of himself as he applied all he had learnt, quickly mastering blade work. From then on, he became obsessed with the art of armed combat and he practised with any weapons he could get his hands on.

When he first met Bera Dallin in New Everitt he couldn’t help but marvel at her martial prowess. After having spent some time with her he became proficient in the use of the warhammer. His great strength meant that he could hold one in a single hand and so it wasn’t long before he acquired another and began to dual wield them in combat.

Grund is well loved amongst the people of Praetoria and he is a staunch defender of them, his strong ideals of honour and justice infused within in from a young age. When he heard of the Chaos Legion invasion, Grund took up his hammers in anger and sought them out immediately.

I used Grund in a battle with Melee Mayhem Ruleset, in order to be able to use it in the backline. The other two rulesets were Noxious Fumes and Earthquake: that means only monsters with high life could be used, otherwise, the battle could have been really quick.
One of my best combos for these battles, where monsters have a short life, is the great combo Scarred Llama + Kron the Undying.
Even if at the beginning you might not be able to harm your enemies a lot, Noxious Fumes and Earthquake will do the job. All you need to do is wait, heal, and then wait again, and then heal again.

If you don't trust me, just look at the battle again a very good all-melee team from a bot.!

See you, next week folks!
