Today I got a win using Mushroom Seer. Here is the battle.
I was facing a bot as it was called Eniminers-19, word "miner", in the name was the hint. Still I made a decent effort to win the match as I used earth splinter while my opponent used life splinter. The rule sets in the match were armor up and reverse speed. I used this to my advantage by using monsters with magic attack and have a tanker that defended from magic. This approach would nullify armor up. The reverse speed was in favor for earth splinter since many of its magic attack monsters had slow speed.
My opponent took into consideration that magic maybe used and place an droid to reduce damage, but it was most certainly not enough as in the first round I was able to remove it from battle.
Not long after I was also able to knock out Slug, but my Unicorn at the beginning of round three was knocked out. Grog's resurrects my Unicorn so I am at full strength in middle of the round.
By middle of round four my formation was still full while Spirit Miner and Baby Unicorn were knocked out. I was in total control of the match.
In a total of five rounds I was able to knock out every monster on my opponent's side while all six of my monsters remained on the playing field. Talk about man beating bot. I got lucky today with this victory in part due to Mushroom Seer.
Mushroom Seer
Multiple monsters combined in my formation help sealed my victory and Mushroom Seer is one of those monsters. The magic ability to reduce opponent's magic attack came in handy as Spirit Miner was close to being fully nullified. From an attack of 2 down to 1. In the mean time I had five magic monsters attacking for a combine of 8 stat in magic attack. The combo magic attacks help seal the victory for me and somewhat surprising since I always felt water splinter with Arlic would be best at magic attacks.
