Wandering around the markets in Vietnam is a cacophony of sights, colours, sounds and smells.

Fresh chicken anyone? I once had a girlfriend who asked if I'd like chicken for dinner. When I came home, she had slaughtered the chicken in my kitchen sink! Needless to say, I never asked for chicken again!
