One of my favourite subjects is sunrise and sunset. In Australia there are some spectacular sunsets, a few of which I have shared here.
These were all taken in Mackay, North Queensland.
Unfortunately, the sunsets in Vietnam are nowhere near as spectacular.

All of these shots were taken on the same day, some facinģ the sunset, some facinģ away from the sun and all within maybe 10-15 minutes of each other.
The softer pink colours are as the light fades, facing away so I'm catching the reflection of the sunset in the clouds over the ocean.

This is from a different day, but within 2 km of the spot where I took the previous photos. The different cloud formations produce stunningly different results.
When there are few or no clouds, you need an interesting foreground or foreground to give interest to the shot.
