Theta Hackathon with $1M in Prizes

Theta does everything BIG, they just announced one of the largest Blockchain Hackathon events ever.

I assume everyone here is fully aware of what a Hackathon event if not read on. If you are skip ahead to the next paragraph.  a Hackathon is a design event built around the agile concept known as Sprint(s). Where all aspects of software design are working collaboratively to build out software projects.

If you jumped ahead welcome back. Theta's goals for the 2021 Hackathon are to increase Theta Ecosystem and community development to further Theta's success in the near and long terms!

When - Theta has stated Phase I of the Hackathon runs from Sept 1st '21 thru Dec. 1st '21 with a reward pool of $500K

             Theta also stated that Phase II will start in Q122 again with a reward pool of $500K 

What - Each phase will be broken up into four different project categories:

     General category for all other focuses, including decentralized storage, DeFi and blockchain analytical tools
     Gaming
     NFTs
     Streaming video

Critical payout details - ONLY development done during the Theta Hackathon period will be judged for the purpose of awarding prizes!!!!

Summary - I love this method Theta is utilizing to expand their community. Additionally, a great way to take part in continuing to allow Theta to be part of overtaking the world! I will continue to look for ways to participate even though I am not that smart!  If you participate any chance you can post on your experiences without giving away Intellectual capital?
