As written yesterday in the presentation I am passionate about personal growth, so I read a lot on this topic. Today I want to talk a little about how to improve concentration! Reading here and there I found 5 tricks that can help a lot, let's go to list them:

1. When you are very busy, do not have any qualms and put a sign outside the door that says "do not disturb".

2. When you study or work, make sure that the lighting comes from behind: the light that comes from the front is tired and distracting.

3. During busy periods, set yourself a limit on the number of email, message and social media checks: do this only a limited number of times a day.

4. Set concrete goals and don't hesitate to reward yourself when you reach them.

5. In your free time, dedicate yourself to activities that improve concentration: read, do memory and concentration exercises like puzzles and puzzle games.

It is also very important to sleep well!

It is now increasingly clear that restful sleep is essential for the body and mind.
In particular, those suffering from stress, agitation and poor concentration could greatly benefit from a night's rest
quality. On the contrary, it has been shown that little or bad sleep worsens symptoms and psychology and makes you nervous and agitated during the day, with a performance impairment, here are some tips.

1. Power supply. In addition to eating well, you don't have to weigh yourself down in the evening. A few hours must pass between dinner and bed. No to alcohol
in the evening if you sleep badly!

2. Timetables. Don't be too late in the evening and keep regular hours: in the West we go to bed later and later, with not only consequences on stress and concentration, but also on the body. Data shows, for example, that digestive problems are over 150% in night workers.

3. Physical activity. Playing sports is also essential for the brain, for concentration and for good sleep. The important thing though is not to do physical activity after five in the afternoon: the sport that takes place in the evening keeps mentally active but prevents a restful sleep.

4. The bedroom. To facilitate a good rest you must avoid that it is too hot: it makes it difficult to fall asleep.
Also check that it's not excessively wet or dry and adjust the brightness. No to lights that might bother you at night.
