RE: Not receiving Brave ads? Here is why.

In our last post we went through a workaround for people from 'second class' countries using Brave who do not receive ad notifications. That workaround was to use Brave using a VPN connection, tunneled through 'first class' countries.

The question received by many readers, was whether Brave is filtering-out those notifications received while browsing through a VPN, and paying only for the rest.

Today, we have the answer. And the answer is yes. Brave is paying for notifications received through the browser, regardless of how the user is accessing the web. Since a notification has been displayed on your screen, you will be paid any BATs you earned, no matter what.
