We will focus on breathing deep and vibrating our vocal cords with the sound /i/ on each exhale.
This practice allows for a deeper connection with yourself and fosters self-expression.
The goal is to reach a state of serenity by toning the vagus nerve.
The vagus nerve is connected to our diaphragm and to our vocal cords and the muscles at the back of your throat. Diaphragmatic breathing and vocal toning activate these muscles and stimulate your vagus nerve, sending our nervous system the message that we are safe and in control.
