BOSS BATTLES GALORE
I missed a workout yesterday because I have a guest over all day, but I was able to pick up where I left off this afternoon and get another workout in.
Today there wasn't much action as far as level grinding goes. Instead today's workout was filled with a lot of boss battles, which meant I was doing a lot more exercise moves than I was just jogging across a map. But that's fine because I know my body needs a good mixture of both. If I really want to get back into the jogging spirit, I think there is a minigames mode where you can just run through the beautifully designed levels as much as you want. I'll probably go back there once I complete this first run through of the game.
Today required a lot of squats from me. They're not my favorite exercise by any means but I certainly do feel them after the workout the most. Plus, they tend to be the most useful for battle and blocking damage, so I'll do my best to stick to using them.
The story line is getting even more gimmicky and following the usual RPG plot. But again, I don't mind but I can tell how the next levels will play out just because I am so familiar with this type of story line. It's kinda copy and paste, but I guess that is alright if they were able to spend less resources on the plot and focused more on the unique game mechanics!
Let's dive into the numbers!
