If you guys saw my other post you'll know that I had a big, spicy ramen lunch today with my sister. I was a fool and didn't work out in the morning again, and then I went and have a big lunch. So now I had a very tough decision to make. Would I work out or wimp out?
Well, since I'm even making this post I'm pretty sure you know that I did the work out! Today's exercises were focus in my arms heavily. There were a lot of motions that required me to push in and out in the ring con controller, which really gave my biceps a workout. They still burn a little as I am typing this out. I actually earned an in game achievement for hitting a certain amount of total ring pushes/pulls. It's the little things like that within this game that keep me interested. I am a fan of an accolade system in any video game.
I now think I will start posting my overall progress as well that way you guys can see it increase over time!
