By sagatcrypto | Gems/tips series | 17 Apr 2020

2017 we saw the birth of massive Alt-coin rallies, needless to say the markets have been on a decline ever since the peak of the rally. However with the Bitcoin halving around the corner, we are sure to expect some rising stars and also the fall of some well known alts.

These are my picks at the 4 low/medium cap alts i see performing really well in the next alt-season.(and yes i hold big bags for all coins mentioned)

1) Enjin ($ENJ)

One of the pioneers in driving adoption for blockchain and cryptocurrency in the gaming industry.

Enjin’s platform is designed to allow players to buy/sell/trade tokenize in-game items. Creating a virtual marketplace for various Non-fungible tokens(NFT's).

Just imagine playing your favourite video game, rather than playing for in game accolades such as tropies, xp or points etc. You are receiving token which you can exchange for hard cash!

With huge blue-chip company partnerships, there is no doubt Enjin will perform outstandingly in the future as it drives expansion and adoption.

2) Celsius network ($CEL)

DeFi is one of the biggest use cases for crypto as we are empowering the people to earn/borrow on smart contracts. Without taking in to consideration their status or credit score.

Celsius provides collateral backed loans The reason Celsius is miles ahead of its competitors such as Nexo, Block-fi is because of the companies USP. They strive to work for the people. 80% of all profits are distributed back to their customers via interest. On top of that, they provide some of the best interest rate on multiple different crypto currencies.

3) Grin ($GRIN)

Decentralisation is an important factor for many if not all people entering the crypto space. That is where Grin comes in. Grin is a cryptocurrency project focused on privacy, scalability, and fungibility that is built by implementing a MimbleWimble blockchain.

Grin is a completely open source project with no controlling organisation, foundation or individual. This contrasts with the other MimbleWimble implementation in Beam which is run by a company which raised private funding.

4) Bancor ($BNT)

The main USP for cryptocurrencies is decentralisation, yet to buy/sell cryptos at fair rates you need to access an centralised exchange. This is when Bancor comes in.

Bancor is a decentralised Exchange protocol that is built on the Ethereum blockchain. It employs an algorithmic market-making mechanism through the use of "Smart Tokens". The project raised over $150 million in an ICO that took place in 2017. This means that the project is relatively well funded to handle development expenses and the like. Bancor has expanded beyond Etheruem based Tokens.

In my next few post i will be reviewing all these tokens in more depth with some charting information on when its a good time to enter the market.
