I just finished a 8.606km running that lasted about 0hh:40mm:16ss !

Another day in the confined world, as the famous Film "Groundhog Day" on which Bill Murray wakes up every day on the same day, that is the feeling we have many of us already, confined at home, teleworking...
Fortunately, my main hobby, besides trading crypto of course, helps me cope with this situation.
In any case, always trying to change something in my training, today has been an intensity session, combining repetitions of 1 minute at high speed with slower repetitions of equal duration ... what is known as an easy fartlek.
