It is amazing how a good training plan pays off so well.
Just 4 weeks have passed since I officially initiated my own "Running Season" and I can already feel a very nice performance in myself.
Today we had 400m repetitions, 12 in total, recovering 100m jogging.
At the beginning, as usual, I did start the first one in a softly manner, 3'50"/km but soon I have noted that I was really well and I did try to accelerate a little bit more on every repetition.
As a result, I did run the first in 1'30" and the 12th in 1'21" which means ending the last at an average pace of 3'20"/km .
Tomorrow I will rest from running, but I will do some core exercises as well and stretching.
Thursday will be harder...

Keep on running!
