I just finished a 10.011km running that lasted about 0hh:46mm:47ss !

I did plan for a 10K easy run within the aerobic zone, Zone 2 or Zone 3 as a maximum but at the end I have touched for a while the upper Zone, just below my lactate threshold...

Obviously, the warm temperatures that we have lately affect as well my Cardio frequency since Heart needs to pump further in order to cool down my body while running.
Nevertheless, I felt well in general. Good sensations while maintaining an overall pace around 4'35"/km or so, which is not bad taking into account the weather conditions.
Tomorrow I plan for an even softer and shorter run and some additional exercises of mobility and stretching... The week is almost done :-) ...
