6 am - good morning, breathing exercise, pushups - Wim Hof and things ...
6:30 - morning doggy walk
7 am - feeding dogs and cats - this part needs some optimization
7:30 - out for a2 miles continuation run, it was warm
8 am - cold shower
8:15 breakfast, day done! off to office
