This course does require you to have working knowledge of Python and it’s basic concepts. But, it is worth a look even if you don't have that knwoledge. So, you never wrote code and until this point you only invested in crypto but never took a peek at the world behind the scenes? Don't stop reading! This course is interactive and is highly recommended for anyone that always wanted an ELI5 explanation of blockchain and smart contracts. It's fun and informative and even if you're not a developer, I'd recommend you to just check out the game and see how far you come. The game has a "Show answer" button. So anyone can get to chapter two, where you'll find a great ELI5 explanation of what blockchain is and why you would use blockchain technology. Next is a quick but clear-cut ELI5 explanation of what a smart contract is. Then they put 1 and 2 together and the use-case of blockchain + smart contracts is crystal clear.

If you already have experience, this is a great introduction to writing Tezos smart contracts. But if you invested in cryptocurrency but are fuzzy on the technical aspects, at least get through to chapter two, this is a fun must-read.
And if you got to chapter two, why not scratch that one item of your bucket list? Write a smart contract! In this course, you will learn about smart contracts and how to write one using SmartPy. Fun part is: the game has the option for you to cheat: just click the button "Show answer". In the second chapter you write your first characters in SmartPy. Just write the answer between the quotation marks. Anyone familiar with Tezos knows the first answer and can get past chapter two.
