What a day it was !

I woke and felt normal, walked to the kitchen , leaned forward to make my cup of coffee and.. crack! An internal sound travelled through my who body. Less than a minute later the sound was followed with pain all over. And instant inflammation that I haven't had in a while. Welcome back dear Scoliosis...

After a doctors visit, X-ray and pain meds I did sat down and painted this sad brownish colors on the Leaf #4. It was challenging to find a cheer in this specific day , but reminder that not all trees are straight, kept me going.

Leaf #1 , Leaf #2 and Leaf #3 is a little more filled with light.
