Leaf #1 of course was THE first leaf to be released, ever. 

The story is...My back was inflamed during the day and after watching a documentary about "grounding" I decided to try this myself . I sat with my back against the tree in the middle of the park. Sun light was perfect. Warm and loving and no breeze at all .I allowed my mind to relax and dig into the back inflammation. 

After a while a connection with this specific tree manifested in my minds eye. It felt we are not speaking, but something like light filled roots came inn my back from the tree. After a moment it was gone and I was back and aware in the park. But there was a slight change in my perspective. All leaves laying around me suddenly got my attention . Each one of them as unique as each one of our lives ,now going back to becoming earth and dust again.

So I took one of them home and marveled in its beauty and decided to share it with others.
