In October, former product manager Richard Hall and former software engineer Łukasz Juraszek filed a lawsuit against Justin Sun in California for 15 million USD. Sun was accused of racial discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and unfair employment practices.

The 70-page lawsuit claims that Sun attempted to get employees working six days a week from 09:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at BitTorrent peer-to-peer file sharing service that Sun acquired in July 2018. 

That lawsuit also accuses Sun of physically striking an employee. On December, Sun responded to the lawsuit. He denies “each and every material allegation.”
