but, originally the old town was surrounded by walls and there was a moat some remnants of which are now a small park.

To enter the park you have to go down the stairs.

and you get in the moat when a time there was water.

The park is not so large and a couple of minutes are sufficient to walk it all.

Even if it is small it gives an ancient feeling of old-time and it possible to exit from another stair.
