Clavariadelphus ligula - Single unbranched fruiting fruit, heights from 30 to 100 mm, 3 to 5 mm in diameter at the bottom, 5 to 15 mm at the top; narrow, clubbed, slightly flattened, tongue-like; young yellow-white, then ochraceous, reddish, brown-yellow; covered with hymenophore surface smooth or slightly wrinkled, naked, dull, longitudinally slightly grooved; on a dull, nodular peak sometimes saddle-shaped depression or shallow fork; sometimes twisted, deformed, empty inside.

Soft, elastic, spongy, whitish pulp; taste slightly bitter, mild flavor.

Occurrence: On the ground, in coniferous forests. It grows graciously, rare, more common in the mountains. From July to November.
