One of the best summers I've ever had was at the age of 17.
I was carefree and had many friends.
Like every year I was camping in Pinarella di Cervia.
We were in a nice large group, in the evening we went dancing by bike in Milano Marittima or on the beach.
On one of those nights, while we were on the beach, we see some lighthouses, probably a police check.
We start running, it was all dark around.
As I try to run as fast as possible on the sand, I bounce on a volleyball net and find myself lying on the ground.
Still stunned and incredulous about what happened, I try to get up as quickly as possible and join the others.
Even today they make fun of me for that autumn.

Advice
If you don't have a powerful blender, you can add a tablespoon or two of a vegetable drink into the food processor to start processing.
If you want a sweeter flavor you can add a spoonful of honey or a vegan version of dates before blending.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
250 gr of melon
8 cubes of frozen almond milk
1 level teaspoon of agar agar
Wash and cut the fruit into large pieces and put it in the freezer together with the almond milk that you have poured into an ice cube mold for at least 4 hours. When they are frozen, put them in your blender and blend them until you get a creamy consistency like ice cream. Unleash your imagination for decoration, you can use fresh fruit, dried fruit, muesli or dried fruit.
