Good morning my friends, something special and different for today with my love for you all , let’s create .....

Ingredients

1 cup of tea tree oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup of tea orange juice
1 cup of water
1/2 cup black currants sprinkled with flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 sachet (20 gr.) Baking powder
zest of an orange or lemon
1/2 kg flour for all uses or possible type 70%

Preparation
:
Put the oil and sugar in a bowl and beat well with a whisk. Then add the orange juice, orange or lemon zest, water, cinnamon and cloves, continuing to beat.

Then add the raisins and lastly the flour with the baking powder.

Mix all the ingredients very well, until they are homogenous.

The dough should become a little tighter than the cake dough. If necessary, add more flour. Pour it into a well-oiled pan or lined with non-stick paper.

Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 5 minutes for about 30 minutes.

Notes:
We can, instead of putting all the dough in a form, make small loaves.

Also, instead of baking powder, we can use 1 sachet of dry yeast or 20 gr. fresh beer yeast.

If we use fresh yeast, we will dissolve it with a little lukewarm water, we will add a little flour and we will make 1 medium porridge. Let it swell and then add it to a bowl along with all the other ingredients.

Knead them and leave the dough in a warm place to rise.

Then we will shape it into small loaves and bake them.

I will totally wait for your feedback about this and I hope you enjoy it .

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
