Foodbook #445 cabbage rice with minced meat


Good morning my friends, an alternative recipe for today that is the first time I try and I must say the results was amazing. Let’s see how we do it


500 gr. ground beef
2 onions, finely chopped
1 small cabbage (cut as thin as you like)
1 cup olive oil
1/2 bunch chopped dill
1 cup glazed rice or carolina
1.5 liter chicken broth (homemade or cube)
salt - pepper - cumin
2 eggs
juice of 2 juicy lemons


Fry the minced meat and onion in a saucepan with the olive oil. Add the cabbage, dill, salt and pepper, cumin and the broth. Boil until the cabbage is soft about 30 ', add the rice, stir and simmer for another 10'. We get off the fire. Beat the eggnog, throw it in the pot, shake it to go everywhere and after 15 'serve. If you want it lighter, use plain lemon juice instead of eggnog.
