The mighty bitcoin still runs the yard

Where is that ATH ETF BTC Money Going?

This BTC ATH $$$ may not be going where you think it is.

We all know the traditional crypto flywheel — BTC to ETH to big alts to small alts. But the crypto ecosystem gets exponentially larger every time this plays itself out. Ergo, it's more difficult to figure out where the money goes.

Fear not, crypto traveler. I've got the totally FA DDYOR list of where all that sweet ATH ETF BTC cash is going.

DRC-20

Obviously money will flow to BRC-20s, but people are forgetting a move that may actually be more profitable — the move to the Doge ecosystem. Bitcoin and Doge are joined at the hip, and they have been ever since Doge was forked from Bitcoin in 2013.

Very Doge Labs is a shitty project with a shitty team. Their wallet sucks. But they did create a narrative that can pump — DRC-20s. The volume of projects launching through their tech is high, although low quality. Doesn't matter. They just have to be there while you invest in the sounder stuff like $DOGI and $DCEX.

This might not happen until the most degen retail part of the later bull run, because getting into Doginals is not a pleasant or intuitive experience. This is why you didn't see much of a pump in DRC-20s even as Doge hit $0.21 when BTC went ATH. But it's coming, because people will eventually look for the most degenerate way to get their 1000X. Inevitable.

Bitcoin Bridge Tech

Did a whole article about this one, but will recap here because the point deserves to be repeated.

Every cycle, bitcoin and the other chains become more interoperable. The tech that best facilitates finance between BTC and the rest always do well. In the past, all we had was Changelly and Shapeshift. Now we have $MUBI, $ORDI, $STX, $SOV, $BADGER — the overlooked OG that hasn't pumped yet and built an entirely new product in the bear market, eBTC.

I think $BADGER will explode once people actually get past all the hype of the shiny new stuff, and you risk less holding it because it's a proven quantity. $SIS does bitcoin bridging as well; best onchain experience I've had. There are for sure others I haven't discovered yet.

Bitcoin money moves into Ethereum to get richer, then into altcoins to get even richer. As money moves through a protocol, its token price invariably increases.

Gaming (Nodes)

Just wrote about how you need to be careful of web3 gaming nodes, but I didn't mean they were all scams. I believe the projects I stated in that piece will make returns, because bitcoin rich people will want to celebrate their wins with "passive" income.

Gaming nodes is the biggest narrative in passive income. (It's semi-passive, but whatever.) The intersection of the bitcoin audience and gaming audience gets bigger as bitcoin retires people who then have more time to game. How convenient they can now earn from those games, which makes that bitcoin retirement even sweeter.

"You mean I can make money in my PJs if I just bridge this bitcoin rock into some $MYRIA nodes? LFG bro!" $COPI, MetaXSeed, $TOPIA and Galaxis (not gaming but gaming adjacent) will do well here.
