Hi there!
I'm a Coinbase user for 3 months approximately. Since then, I couldn't verify my identity in its system because always says something stupid related to the birthday or with the name or whatever. I don't know what I can do to solve the problem. Everything happened with a harmless message like this:
This message follows me for all the Coinbase app. Yes, I have already read it, but as much I follow the steps I can't finish the verification process properly. The next window is almost a friend of mine., I don't know how many times I have entered my passport, identity card, and driving license here...
but it's impossible, the process always says that can't verify me. The ID doesn't match, the birthday doesn't match... what more?
So now my account is restricted.
I have written to the support center and I don't have any solution. All received messages are automatic messages. So I'm always in the same step. I'm locked. Now, I can't do anything on the platform as the message says. I'm in a loop. I don't have so many tokens in the app, so I don't go to become mad about it, but I'm feeling a little bit disappointed.
If I go to my account details I can see that the verification is done right. So...? If it's right... why does the system keep on asking for validation?
So I can't really understand what is happening.
There is an option to ask Coinbase about your personal data in the private data. I'm going to try it in this way. Maybe I can see what Coinbase understands of my profile. Maybe can give some clues to solve the problem. I have just done. I have to wait for some days, ok. Will see.
I'm writing this post to give visibility to this problem because I think I'm not the only one and maybe there is a simple solution to fix it.

Finally, I could do it.
Once you have logged in, I have followed these steps
- Step 1: go to the URL http://www.coinbase.com/signin
- Step 2: go to the URL https://www.coinbase.com/verify-identity and fill in your personal data another time.
- Step 3: go to the URL https://www.coinbase.com/verify-document send your ID documents, use the mobile option better. Take a clear picture of your ID.
