A few days ago I uploaded a professional video on YouTube so that it would be presented on a website. However, when it appears, the quality is lost and it is not nice to look at. So I decided to try the well-known platform Vimeo, where the upload quality is better.
Vimeo is one of the most well known video platforms, but it is not used by amateurs due to the pricing options. You will often hear users say that they prefer quantity over quality. Having a YouTube account allows you to upload as many videos as possible. If on the other hand, you create a Vimeo account, you can upload up to 25 videos for free (2 every month). Also, if you do not visit your account, they reserve the right to shut it down.
Both of the platforms I mention here are centralized platforms and of course not-censorship resistant. Would you know any decentralized or blockchain-based video platforms, where a brand/professional could upload their videos?
In this post I decided to create a tutorial about how to create a FREE account on Vimeo, because it took me a while to find out that there was a free account there, so I believe it can be useful to some users.

When I saw this screen I felt helpless, because I could only choose which plan I wanted.
But then I realized you can just click on 'x' and it will be removed.

You can either create a video or upload one. In my case I uploaded a video that I was provided by a professional videographer.

Add categories etc
For now this plan is ok for me.

A free plan on Vimeo limits you to a single seat (the owner). On a free plan, you may upload or create up to two (2) videos per month, allowing up to 25 videos in total. This cap is in place for the lifetime of the free account and does not reset or renew. After you reach 25 videos, you will need to upgrade your account to upload or create more videos. A free plan on Vimeo stays free forever. As long as you are following our guidelines and logging in every once in a while, your account will remain intact.
We consider accounts that have not been used for a full year to be inactive, and we reserve the right to remove inactive accounts. We’ll notify you in advance if your account is in danger of deletion due to inactivity and you’ll have an opportunity to reactivate it.
