I would like to tell you about my life in the last two years in the world of crypto and blockchain and how the scope and potential of this disruptive technology can change the destiny of those who decide to adopt it as a way of life.
So, I´ll make a post about me.
If I'm going to talk about my last two years as a content creator and my relationship with the world of blockchain and crypto, I must inevitably talk about Steemit.
But that's where my dilemma started ...
Should I talk about Steemit?
The conflict that we witness between the current owner of steemit.inc and our brave witnesses comes to mind. All the fight that the community gave in the days before the hardfork.
It was precisely that fight that opened the window of hope and thanks to it HIVE.IO was born.

This is rebirth. Calm after the storm. It is looking at a new dawn with the sky clear and being certain that there will be a better future for everyone.
But then what happened to Steemit? What happened to all those years that we lived? Our friends, projects, achievements and failures? Did they die?
The answer in a big and deep NO.
Steemit is a feeling that we carry wherever we go. Steemit is us, the users who decided to free ourselves from the chains they tried to impose on us and here we are, in a new beginning, with more strength and hope. We are at HIVE.
Who I am?
I could easily say that I am a Venezuelan, father of a family, lover of music and Blockchain.

My name is Juan. A little over two years ago I first heard the word "Blockchain".
When I think of those unforgettable years at Steemit, two things come to mind:
-
OpenMic
-
Originaworks
OMG, what memories!
OpenMic
This was the official stage of steemit, where thousands of talented musicians passed by, who demonstrated every week that they were made to qualify for the great prizes that were awarded to the winners.

@luzcypher was the organizer of this prestigious contest, which had a qualified, talented and demanding jury made up of @passion-ground, @soundlegion, @krystle, @verbal-d, and @meno. In addition to the support of @pfunk as a witness.
Here is the post of my first presentation in @openmic, i hope you like it:

With my posts of participating in the Originalworks contests, I learned a lot about what Blockchain is. That was certainly my school. There I managed to meet talented users such as @jadams2k18, @oivas, among others.
It was precisely thanks to an Originalworks contest that I received that comment that would change my life forever. It was a greeting from a Sir named @crypto.piotr. I remember that my post was about artificial intelligence.
Without knowing it, I would be starting a new stage of my life.
I call this stage of my life:
"Project Hope"

ProjectHope, a great Multidisciplinary team
After having spent 8 months doing certain activities with Piotr trying to meet and get closer to more people within steemit, the idea emerged to create a community made up mainly of Venezuelans, who sharing similar interests could create quality content, add value to the blockchain and at the same time improve our quality of life.
Maybe it all started with this post:
Santa & Piotr Visits Venezuela - JOIN OUR VENTURE TODAY

So getting to know several Venezuelians here on the Steemit platform only brought me even closer to those people. Why? Because I can relate myself to them. On top of that most of the time we share similar interests and values. And most of all - being present here allows me to change some of their lives. Even if only just a little bit. I feel that today I can make some difference and I enjoy that feeling, even if it would only last for a short while and help very few. And I really hope many of you will join me.
The idea was to help a group of 8 Venezuelans. At the same time, two factors were tested:
- Our ability to convene.
- The feeling of mutual support within the steemit community.
The results were moving. The disinterested support of many users was present.
But, that would not be solving the lives of those Venezuelans. Our intention was to train them, so that they could continue to grow within the Steemit community and could fend for themselves. Thus, over time @project.hope was born.
It has been months of satisfaction and growth that I have experienced thanks to blockchain technology, which allowed me to meet people from all latitudes. Valuable people, intelligent and with great human warmth.
With the launch of the Hives on steemit, all communities had a new stage of growth.
Project Hope Hive has almost 800 subscribers of all nationalities who use our front-end to show us their valuable work on AI, technology, Blockchain, Crypto, Philosophy, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Undoubtedly, with the birth of HIVE.IO a new stage was also born for all of us.
To all of them I express my greatest thanks. Keep going!
Sincerely...
@juanmolina

Three Ways to Join Project Hope

Hopefully by now you think that our efforts are worth your support and you'll consider delegating some SP to help us grow. We will be happy to have you on-board our project and in return we share 100% ROI (curation rewards) with all delegators.
We share those rewards on a weekly basis and currently 1000 SP delegated to @project.hope will result with a profit of average 2 STEEM / week (which is slightly more than pretty much all delegating bots are offering).
Delegate us 1000 SP
