A week ago Hive Blockchain made what they called a "Soft Fork" or a "Soft Hard Fork".
Then they announced that for Wednesday 10-14-2020 they were going to fix certain "isuess" that were pending on the Hard Fork.
As of today, Friday 10-16-2020 at 14:27 (GMT) Hive users continue to experience difficulties accessing any of the dApps that run on that blockchain.

Perhaps one of the most worrying cases is the application: Hive.vote, which was disabled for more than 24 hours:
This is the main application used by the Curation Trails. With its lack of operation, many communities were affected since they could not assign upvotes to any of their members.
This directly affected the large accounts (Whales) that saw their Voting Power sitting without producing that desired Curation ROI.
If we calculate all the HP (Hive Power) that has been stopped using in these last hours, we would be talking about high sums of money.
All this uncertainty and lack of information (since the blockchain database cannot be accessed) has prevented knowing the true Marketcap of the Hive Dollar (HBD), so the exchages cannot calculate its current value.
