We wanted to find out how an investor would go into this game, as many are now, Reports indicate that actual developers are now playing as well. The game is fairly flat. No repairs and tax structures to consider. You basically buy around the collections they offer, both in and adjacent to the zones.
The game moves slowly. The more property you own and sell the faster it speeds up. Most of your time is spent looking at properties around neighborhoods you want to invest in. You look for sleepers. People who have not looked at the game for a while or may not be keeping up with the prices that can change at any time.
Also the Upland game will open up properties. Some times your Upland Explorer will find less expensive FSA properties in an area. Be on the lookout.
