NWON- The Federal Reserve, debt funded and ideologically supported CDC, is building health and safety concentration camps to allow "shielding" of the population from undesirables, and in their own words are building these "camps", "in the absence of empirical data," according to the CDC's own web site.

The shielding approach to forced internment of undefined individuals in "humanitarian settings" focuses on "camps, displaced populations and low-resource settings." The population to be confined is defined as, "older adults and people of any age" They call their theory, the "Shielding Approach." "limiting contact between individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease"

The Shielding Approach Theory

Here is the least ambiguous  quote from the description of the shielding approach. The theory is based on "limiting contact between individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease" Given the CDC's track record on the PCR test backtracking, based on PCR false positives, plus govt. health agencies pressuring and paying hospitals to overly report covid death and illness, defining their definition, becomes a vital part of the whole equation. What will medically constitute, "higher risk of developing severe disease", when related to confinement from family and community? However as expected, from the CDC, the medical guidelines for "internment of older people and people of any age" is not addressed on the CDC site.

Yes it is officially a theory, financed by debt, with the idea of locking people up for covid safety. They explain it on the site. "the shielding approach suggests physically separating high-risk individuals from the general population to prioritize the use of the limited available resources and avoid implementing long-term containment measures among the general population." How do we know this is a theory, again from the site. "In theory, shielding may serve its objective to protect high-risk populations from disease and death" NOW HOW SAFE DO YOU FEEL? One more word on the theory of it all. From the site, in case you are still reluctant to believe the Federal Reserve would gladly fund, then bill to the taxpayer with interest, the building of concentration camps in the U.S., based on a theory.

"The shielding approach is an ambitious undertaking, which may prove effective in preventing COVID-19 infection among high-risk populations". And this CDC admission from the site. "...there is no empirical evidence whether this approach will increase, decrease or have no effect on morbidity and mortality during the COVID-19 epidemic"

Who Will We Be Shielded From?

Early critics of the measure believe that the shielding will be political first and health and safety connected, according to usefulness to the state. They believe it will constitute potential isolation of political opponents, in a high risk facility. Indeed the CDC plan was released just 18 days before the latest terror alert from Homeland security. The alert is very specific and does not mention antifa or Muslim extremists. Instead it targets, covid restriction protesters. The National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin specifically warns, 

• "Through the remainder of 2021, racially- or ethnically-motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) and anti-government/anti-authority violent extremists will remain a national threat priority for the United States. These extremists may seek to exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the United States as a rationale to conduct attacks.  Pandemic-related stressors have contributed to increased societal strains and tensions, driving several plots by domestic violent extremists, and they may contribute to more violence this year."
• "These actors are increasingly exploiting online forums to influence and spread violent extremist narratives and promote violent activity. Such threats are also exacerbated by impacts of the ongoing global pandemic, including grievances over public health safety measures and perceived government restrictions."

No Plan For Release In Plan

Nowhere in the CDC  plan is there any mention of how the release process works, if and when detainees would be released and under what rules. Critics of the CDC Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections point out, that laws and policies supposedly written to go after specific problems like organized crime, end up violating human rights of ordinary citizens, sometimes over economics and power. In the current extreme Washington DC political environment, enveloped in fear and mental lockdown, over dissent and opposition, to it's policies, it is not a stretch to think that health and safety camps for risky people could be used as a political tool without regard to peer review science or medical oversight outside of the government. Continued lockdown restrictions and building isolation camps, does seem a bit severe for a virus with a 99% survivability rate.
